What we offer
Foundations
Foundations classes are beginner friendly and introduces students to the core concepts of Taiji. Classes will guide students on finding their physical, mental, and emotional baseline and balance. These classes are simplified and are great for beginners, seniors, and students needing a reintroduction to Taiji.
Yang 24 Taiji
The classes in this series are for students that are comfortable with their foundations and are looking for something more challenging. Students will learn the entire Yang Style 24 Taiji form (taolu), which is the simplified international compulsory routine. This is the first form that most students learn. Classes will go over the movements and techniques in detail.
