What We Offer

Taiji Walking and Foundations

Taiji Walking and Foundations classes are beginner friendly and introduces students to the core concepts of Taiji. Classes will guide students on practicing proper technique with correct posture and alignment. These classes are simplified and are great for beginners, seniors, persons that are recovering from injury, and students wanting an introduction to Taiji.

Yang 24 Taiji

The classes in this series are for students that are comfortable with their foundations and are looking for something more challenging. Students will learn the entire Yang Style 24 Taiji form (taolu), which is a simplified international compulsory routine. This is the first form that most students learn when they start Taiji. Classes will go over the movements and techniques in detail.
